I'm looking for a new tenant for my apartment (13,47sqm) in "The Fizz" in Prague 7. It is a single studio apartment fully furnitured with an own small kitchen and a modern bathroom. Located in the 7th floor, you will have a great view thanks to the big windows installed.
In the house and in the price included you will additionally find study rooms, community kitchens, a movie room, a gaming room and a big garden with the possibility of having a barbecue. Also you can borrow vacuums and irons for free.
The house is a great place for students and young professionals to get in touch with similar minded people and to even find new friends.

The adress is: na zatorách 1625/1 in 170 00 Praha. Just a few meters from nadrazi holesovice (red metro line) and many tram lines, you will be in the city center within 5mins (two metro stations). Additionally there is the park Stromovka maybe 10mins from the house, where you can go for a run, meet some friends or just go for a walk to enjoy the nature over there.
As I'm having two contracts at the moment, the details are as follows:
1st contract:
time: 01.07 - 31.08.2024
All in price: 723€
deposit: 1.436€
one time admission fee: 150€
2nd contract:
time: 01.09.2024 - 31.08.2025
All in price: 685€
deposit: 1.334€
one time admission fee: 80€
You can of course take both contracts, so you will have the apartment for the whole time (or look for a new tenant if you want to move out earlier). This means, that your rent will be actually reduced over the time and also your deposit reduces!
