I am looking for someone to rent my Double Studio in the modern, newly built student accommodation "The Fizz Prague Holešovice". I have to move out as my Visa ends before my contract, but the room is really good, spacious and has all amenities. The contract is until 31.08.2022 but there is the possibility to extend the contract if you want to stay longer.

The building is a 3 minute walk from Metro C & Tram 6, 12, and 17 lines Nádraží Holešovice, it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the city centre! It is also very close to Stromovka Shopping Centre, there are many pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as the Prague Zoo and exhibition hall.

Inside the room there is a double bed, 2 desks, 2 wardrobes, a bathroom, a microwave, an induction hob, sink and fridge. The laundry room and community kitchen with ovens/dishwashers is located on floor 1. There is a lot of storage in the room. The room also comes with private wifi as well as community wifi in all areas of the building.

The building is very modern and popular with international students, they hold lots of events and activities to meet new people and the staff are very friendly.


The rent is 16,788.44 CZK per month, there is a deposit requirement of 16,788.44 and a one-time admission fee of 8000 CZK. All paperwork is done directly to The Fizz and rent paid to The Fizz so there is no trouble of sending money to a person in the middle. The process is very secure!
